DIRECTOR / ASHLEY HORNER

Pinball Films produced this film in 2009, on a low budget of £300,000. It was a five week shoot, primarily crewed from the North East. Shot entirely within in one hours drive of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has sea, hills, city and suburbs. Shot by DOP Simon Tindall, and set over a long hot summer, the film didn't want to be place specific, and it wanted to always be bright and warm.  This was shot in July/August and you can see it's a myth that it always rains up north!
